Commitment and current status

I want loyanich.com to be usable by people with different access needs. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA provide a reference for reviewing and improving the site.

A complete accessibility assessment has not been completed, including a comprehensive assistive-technology review of the content, account and checkout journeys. This notice does not claim full or partial WCAG conformance or certification.

Content and third-party features

Historical project screenshots can contain text and interface details that are difficult to read as images. Contact me if you need an explanation or the information in another format.

Contact and sign-in protection uses Google reCAPTCHA, and payment steps may use Stripe. These third-party features are part of the journeys that still need a complete accessibility review. If a check, account screen or payment step prevents you from continuing, please email me so we can discuss another way to handle your request. Do not send passwords or payment-card details by email.

Report a problem or request an alternative

Email [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered and the format or assistance you need. If useful, include your browser or assistive technology, but avoid sensitive personal or account information.

I will review the report and discuss a practical alternative where possible. Email is available without using the website contact form or signing in. Paul Loyanich is responsible for this website and receives accessibility feedback directly.
