Architecture and delivery for a communications reseller platform

MVP planning, beta delivery and continued development of a multi-provider reseller console.

The business problem

A communications-services business needed a platform where resellers could purchase services from multiple providers for their own customers. That brought service purchasing, integrations and operational management into one application.

Architecture and delivery

My involvement included the architecture and planning of the MVP. The wider team brought the reseller console to beta and handled infrastructure, the delivery model, stability and deployment.

The work continued after the initial beta. Additional capabilities included monitoring of the communications services, reporting and usage-specific improvements, followed by a hardware store and telephony add-ons.

What the project demonstrates

The project connected product planning, provider integration and delivery engineering. Its evolution shows how an initial reseller workflow can grow to include related purchasing and operational functions.

The beta is an explicit delivery milestone in this account. Later feature work is described separately, without assigning an unconfirmed general-availability launch date.
